“Such petitions are examined within a month,” says Ingodinsky court spokesman

The petition by Mikhail Khodorkovsky’s lawyer for his release on parole will be examined, in all probability, in the first week of August. “According to established practice, such petitions are examined within a month,” a spokesman for the Ingodinsky district court in Chita told the Interfax-Siberia news agency.
