Parole appeal date still not known
Mikhail Khodorkovsky’s parole documents have still not been forwarded to the Chita Region Court
The date for hearing the appeal by Mikhail Khodorkovsky’s lawyers against the Ingodinsky district court decision to turn down his application for parole will not be known until the case materials have been passed from the district court to the Chita Region Court.
“The date of the hearing has not been fixed,” Interfax-Siberia were told at the collegium for criminal cases of the Chita Region Court. “As of now the materials concerning Khodorkovsky’s parole have not reached the Region’s court from the district court.”
